Booking & Cancellation Policy
We strive to keep our scheduling fair for every family while ensuring we can reserve dedicated time for your pet.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.

Cancel more than 7 days before your service and you'll receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled service are non-refundable, as we've reserved that time exclusively for your pet and may be unable to fill the reservation on short notice.

If Fenway & Addy's Adventures is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, all payments will be refunded in full.
